Fruit Parcels
Ingredients
2 peaches or plums (cut in half with the stones removed)
A handful of raspberry’s
Juice of one orange
1 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Serves 2
Each serving = 1 portion of your 5-A-Day
Method
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and cinnamon and wrap in tin foil. Bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes or until soft.

Serve hot with yogurt or low fat Crème Fraiche |
