Potato Wedges
Ingredients
1 large potato per person
1 tbsp of rapeseed or olive oil
Serves 4
Method
- Cut potatoes into wedges wash in cold water then pat dry on a clean kitchen towel.
- Place potatoes on to a baking tray and mix all over with the oil. Cook in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
Top Tip
Serve this with real chicken nuggets, a portion of your favourite vegetables and a salad and this will provide you with 2 portions of your 5-A-Day. |
